Adivi Sesh's gamble pays off

Before the release of 'Goodachari', Adivi Sesh had said that the film would have been suitable even for a Pawan Kalyan, a Mahesh Babu.  While it would be a hypothetical scenario to talk about how much the film would have collected and if it would have been a massive hit had it been made with a superstar on a budget of Rs. 60 Cr, it's true that Adivi Sesh's gamble has paid off.

The actor rejected about 50 movies since 'Kshanam' to be able to work on this film as a writer and a male lead.  A producer even taunted him saying if he thinks of himself as a Ram Charan.

Above all, Sesh is ambitious about the actor in him.  He invested his all in 'KISS' and went broke when the film flopped in 2013.  'KISS' was a failed attempt to project himself as a mass hero.  But its failure taught Sesh the lesson that he has to make the film the hero, not himself the hero.  Rest, as they say, is history.
