Huge blow to team India before ODI series against England
Post sealing the T20I series 2-0 against Ireland, the team India has started England tour by beating the home side in the first T20I. Under Virat Kohli’ captaincy, team India has shown its potential in all aspects and bowled out England cheaply.
Especially, Kuldeep Yadav’ spin created a lot of problems for the England cricket team. While the team India is all set for the second encounter in T20I series against England has got the huge blow in the form of Jasprit Bumrah ahead of important three ODI and Test series.
Jasprit Bumrah who injured in a match against Ireland in Dublin is earlier ruled out of T20I series and now the rest of the series too including ODI and Test Series.
Jasprit Bumrah is currently one of the top bowlers in the World and especially he is brilliant in the death overs with his toe breaking Yorkers to the opposition batsmen.
BCCI replaced Jasmrit Bumrah with Shardul Thakur for the ODI series whereas Deepak Chahar for T20I series against England.
The three-match ODI series against England will be hosted by Nottingham,London and Leeds on 12, 14th & July 17 respectively. Well, Jasprit got surgery successfully to his left thumb and he gets rehabilitation under the supervision of BCCI medical team post return to India.
