INDVsAFG: Shikhar Dhawan smashes century, India gets a flying start
It’s a historic moment for Team Afghanistan. They’ve become 12th Test playing nation in the world by taking on India. The Chinnaswamy Stadium of Bengaluru is hosting this epic Test.
While PM Modi has sent the special message to both the teams especially Afghanistan for their debut test, the Indian sports minister Rajyavardhan Rathore and along with along with Mr. Abdullah Abdullah (Chief Executive of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan), greet the two teams ahead of the start of play in Bengaluru.
Legendary Indian Test Cricketer, the all-rounder who born in Afghanistan, Salim Durani has attended the event and greeted both the teams. The Team India which won the toss has elected the bat and it is going strong.
Indian Opener, Gabbar, Shikhar Dhawan has completed his 6th Test half-century. He opened along with another opener, Murali Vijay. Ajinkya Rahane is heading the team India in this epic test in absence of Virat Kohli. At Present, India is strong with a score of 144 without any loss of a wicket in 27 overs.
