It takes time to make a cult film: Suriya
Suriya is doing 'NGK', which will hit the cinemas only weeks after Diwali. The Selvaraghavan directorial was postponed recently from Diwali, much to the disappointment of the actor's fans. "I regret that it had to be deferred. Let me tell my fans that we are driven by your love," Suriya today said at an event.
The handsome actor further noted that the project is taking so much time to make as it's a cult film. "It's not any other movie. I completely trust my director and producers," he said, adding that some things are beyond the control of director and producers.
Speaking in general about his career, the 'Singham' star noted that it's essential to stay updated or risk losing the race.
As for 'NGK', it stars Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh as Suriya's heroines. To be released in Telugu as well, its music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
