KCR’s Rythu Bandhu shuts many mouths brought happiness to farmers
Telangana government has created a history in the Indian politics by implementing the Rythu Bandhu scheme. The Rythu Bandhu scheme is the brainchild of Telangana CM KCR who ponder over of putting an end to the woes of farmers.
Through this investment support scheme(Rythu Bandhu), Telangana government is giving Rs.8,000 per acre in two installments every year for every crop cycle. With this, KCR put an end to farmers either borrowing money or taking loans for seeds or other forms. This Rythu Bandhu Investment Support Scheme is set up with a budget of Rs.12,000 cr benefitting 58 lakh farmers including small, marginal, SC/ST farmers and RDFR(Record of Forest Rights) pattadars.
Besides the Telangana government has given ‘Pattadar Passbook’ to farmers post scrutinizing with the help of 1523 revenue teams, where these teams approached farmers directly and verified ownership records. Today, the government has handed over the Pattadar Passbooks as single proof of ownership and kept away the farmers from the disputes pertaining to the borders of the fields. They’ve collected all the data and if required modified the data with the proper examination, and saved the entire data pertaining to all the fields in Telangana under the website ‘Dharani’.
Especially, with Rythu Bandhu scheme, CM KCR has conquered the hearts of farmers and made the opposition parties mouth shut whichever alleging TRS party is against the farmers. Today, 10th May 2018 has become prominent place in the history of Telangana.
