Muslim man cries at unifying Iftar
A few months ago, a Delhi-based photographer named Ankit Saxena was brutally murdered by his girlfriend's family members. Reason? He is a Hindu who loved a Muslim girl. The other day, the dead youngster's father warmed the hearts of the nation by hosting an Iftar party at his house for 200 Muslims. The gesture was meant to spread love and inter-community unity.
While many, including some prominent activists, attended the Iftar, the sight of a Muslim man getting emotional during the party has touched many hearts. Sanjukta Basu, a photographer, caught the moment. It has been shared thousands of times across social media platforms.
Meanwhile, Ankit's killers are going through a trial.

I don’t know if this breaks my heart or warms it. But I am just so ashamed today.
Ashamed as a Muslim and as an Indian.
