Ravi Teja is reportedly scheduled to do a film with 'Cinema Choopistha Mama' and 'Nenu Local' director Trinadha Rao Nakkina. Unconfirmed reports say that the untitled project is going to be a period film set in the 1980s.
"After 'Rangasthalam', there has been a spurt in films set in a previous era. Ravi Teja's previous film, 'Disco Raja', was a semi-period movie. He knows how to dabble in the genre and loves the retro look that comes with it," says a source.
The Mass Maharaja is doing 'Krack' with heroine Shruthi Haasan. This Gopichand Malinineni directorial will not release in May if the ongoing Coronavirus shutdown lasts till mid-April or so. A film with 'Rakshasudu' director Ramesh Varma will follow Gopichand's movie. The Trinadha Rao project might happen much later.
