Supreme Court sets deadline for Unnao probe

Today, Unnao Rape case survivor' case has come to the hearing. It is known that she has appealed protection for her and family from BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar followed by transfer of her case to Delhi. Despite her letter is sent to Supreme Court in July second week, it is not submitted to CJI by the registry. 

CJI who has come to know about unnao victim' letter has asked the registry a report over the delay.  Today, Chief Justice of India, Ranjan Gogoi asked the Solicit General to complete the investigation in a week. When CJI asked the time, Solicit General said that he needs a month to complete the investigation in the accident case.

CJI ordered to complete the accident probe in a week. It is known that a truck rammed into Unnao victim' car where they are traveling from Unnao to Rae Bareli on Sunday, 28th July. CBI registered the case against Kuldeep Sengar. 

Over SC' judgment, unnao victim' sister expressed her satisfaction and demanded to release their uncle. And also demanded death sentence to Kuldeep Sengar.

Unnao Rape survivor lost her father and aunts, after she accused of Kuldeep sexually harassed her.  Now she and her lawyer are battling for the life after their car hit by the truck in Lucknow.
