Chinmayi shows angst
Chinmayi Sripaada is not just unhappy but majorly dejected that Varaimuthu has not been punished a year since she made sexual harassment allegations against him.  Far from it, the singer has been punished.

In her most recent tweets, Chinmayi slammed the Tamil investigative magazine Nakheeran, which had run a slur campaign against her by accusing her of getting a flat from the BJP in return for "slinging mud" at Varaimuthu.  "One year since Nakkeeran wrote that the BJP gave me a house in Bangalore to name lovable Vairamuthu as the man who molested me.  I am still waiting for the keys from Nakkeeran, as they even published a photo of a house and they seemed to know the address.  One year since I officially lodged a complaint against, I continue to be banned by Radha Ravi’s Dubbing Union. One year of no investigation. One year of seeing everyone literally cheerlead and dance around ‘Open secrets’ These people deserve their molesters," he wrote.

Chinmayi's plight needs to be understood with sympathy.  Varaimuthu has deep political connections in Tamil Nadu.
