Top pollster Pradip Gupta, whose Exit Polls are the most sought-after in India, has commented that Hindu voters generally vote on several parameters/issues. On the other hand, Muslim voters have just one focus.
"Hindus vote on caste, on economic issues like GST, on freebies, on infrastructure, etc. MusIims vote with the only one goal of defeating the BJP," Gupta said to India Today.
In the Delhi Assembly elections, whose results will be out on Tuesday, 91 percent of Muslims are estimated to have voted for either AAP or Congress (a minority of them for this party), as per Axis My India data.
As per all Exit Polls, the AAP is predicted to sweep the elections, leaving the BJP hugely humiliated.
