Karnataka doesn't allow people from these states
In the wake of a rise in Corona cases, the Karnataka government has taken a stringent decision not to allow people from other states. Speaking to the media, Karnataka Health Minister, Dr K Sudhakar said that they are not going to allow the people from the states Kerala and Maharashtra unless they've negative RT-PCR certificates.
As with these two states, Karnataka is sharing the borders. Mr Sudhar also told that they've found only UK variant in the passengers who travelled from the UK to Bengaluru and those people have kept in isolation.
Further added that they didn't find Brazilian or South African variant in any of the passengers. The covid cases are being reported an average of 4000-5000 in Kerala whereas its rate is 5000-6000 in Maharashtra.
In some parts of Maharashtra, already lockdown is implemented.
