If there is one film that has made all the difference to Keerthy Suresh's career, it has to be 'Mahanati'. That is obvious. But what is not obvious is that she would have been seen as just a mediocre performer had the film not existed. Her performances in most of the films are just below average.
Thanks to 'Mahanati', the star heroine has been able to become a big name. Unlike Samantha Akkineni, Kajal Aggarwal and Rakul Preet Singh, she is doing female-centric movies. After 'Penguin', 'Miss India' and 'Good Luck Sakhi' are there.
And, the multi-lingual actress is also busy bagging big-ticket movies. Besides playing a key role in Rajinikanth's 'Annatthe', Keerthy will rumouredly be playing Chiranjeevi's sister in the Telugu remake of 'Vedalam'.
This is happening at a time when she is doing regular roles in films like Mahesh Babu's 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' and Nithiin's 'Rang De'.
