Nirav Modi to be repatriated to India

It's a big win for the Modi government as the UK's Westminister court rules in favour of the Indian government. The UK court orders to repatriate Nirav Modi to India, who is an accused in 14,000 cr Punjab National Bank scam.

The judge said that the court accepts the case that Nirav Modi had conspired to destroy evidence and intimidate witnesses and he has a case to answer for in India.

Also says, there are no proofs that he won't get justice and no risk of suicide if Nirav Modi sent to India. UK judge rules that Nirav Modi will be given adequate medical treatment and mental health care at Arthur Road Jail, Mumbai.

But Nirav has still a chance to appeal before the crown court/high court and then the supreme court there. Remember, Mallya has lost cases at all courts in the UK but he is still to be extradited.
